The Sound of Musicals
The Winthrop Playmakers are holding Open Auditions for "The Sound of
Musicals: A Tribute to the classic American Musical" on Sunday
June 16th and Monday June 17th from 7pm
- 10pm at The
Winthrop Playhouse, 60 Hermon Street, Winthrop, MA.
We are seeking a large
diverse cast of all ages for this revue.
Performances will take place August
8, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17 & 18.
This production is being directed by Nathan Fogg with Music Direction by
Jose Merlo.
Audition Requirements:
Those who wish to audition should arrive at 7pm and
be prepared to sing 16-32 bars of a classic musical theatre piece that
showcases your vocal range and ability. Please provide your own sheet music
in the proper key; an accompanist while be on hand.
