CENTER STAGE CLUB

The Playhouse is not only a unique building with a remarkable history, but also is a treasured resource for Winthrop and its surrounding communities. The Winthrop Playmakers, a 501(c) (3) organization, looks forward to continuing our mission to entertain the community, inspire our young performers and enrich all who come to 60 Hermon Street with quality cultural experiences. We are here because of you! We strive to maintain high quality theatrical experiences, while keeping ticket prices low and accessible to all who wish to enjoy the energy of live theater. As you continue to enjoy our shows and events, we hope that you will also consider donor opportunities at our theater, as this year your help is needed more than ever. While the past few years have marked a solid effort in fundraising during these hard economic times, we are still trying to strive towards our goal and need your help to keep The Playhouse as a thriving theater, and a source of excitement and artistic energy for the community.

The Center Stage Club is our Personal Donations program. All members of The Center Stage Club are recognized by name in each of our season programs which reaches over 6,000 patrons each year, on our website which has over 40,000 visitors per year and in each of our monthly newsletters which reaches over 275 members each month.

Your tax-deductible contribution will not only allow us to be able to fund our mission and bring top quality, affordable theater experiences to you and the community, but will also help to educate and inspire our young performers, as well as contribute to the cultural e richment of all who enter the doors of 60 Hermon Street.
